We offer Psychologists: Competitive compensation package based with uncapped earning potential Comp range of $125,000-$160,000-Compensation model based on productivity. W2 employed position Sign-on bonus Cash based incentive plan Comprehensive benefits package 401K with 4% match Part-time and full-time options CEUs Paid parental leave Malpractice insurance provided Psychologists are a critical part of our clinical team. We’re seeking Psychologists that are: Fully licensed and credentialed in Washington as a Psychologist including a Ph.D. or Psy.D. Experienced with caring for adult and/or child and adolescent populations. Psychological Testing available but not required. Location and Schedule: Beautiful new offices in Federal Way Locations are throughout the area to make commuting easier Beautifully designed offices that are thoughtfully laid out Monday - Friday No weekends Flexible Schedule to accommodate work/life balance and personal schedules In-Office & Hybrid Positions , offers both In-person & Remote flexibility
