Your account and resume

We use your email address for your account and service messages. We store your uploaded resume and extracted information privately to match jobs and retain your saved jobs and reported application statuses. Job searches use role and location queries with job providers. We do not send your resume file to employers through this service.

Basic site traffic counts

We count successful visits to public pages, including visits from browsers that decline optional Google Analytics. These first-party totals record only the UTC date, a general page category and desktop/mobile/tablet category. We do not store IP addresses, full browser details, visitor identifiers, account information, query strings or resume information in these counters. They use no tracking cookies and are not sent to Google. Reloads and repeat visits count again; totals are page views, not unique people. Known automated clients and designated tests are excluded, although some automated traffic may remain. Totals are retained for up to 400 days. Hosting providers may separately maintain operational logs.

Guest uploads expire after 24 hours. Matching uses work history, job titles, demonstrated skills, experience, education, credentials and career alignment. Saved jobs and fit feedback help personalize results. Scores estimate relevance, not hiring probability or verified eligibility.

Optional analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand general page visits and actions such as successful uploads, job saves and contact submissions. Google processes browser/device information and analytics cookie identifiers. These identifiers are pseudonymous, not a promise of complete anonymity. We do not include names, email addresses, telephone numbers, resume contents, uploaded documents, criminal history, case notes, participant IDs, employer communications, sensitive demographic information or authentication credentials in analytics events.

Analytics cookies are optional. Rejecting them does not prevent using the website. Use the cookie choices below to withdraw permission; this stops future collection in this browser and removes our Google Analytics cookies. Your choice lasts six months. Essential sign-in/security cookies remain necessary. We do not use this integration for advertising personalization. Google Privacy Policy.

Program support and community learning

Program sharing is optional and controlled separately in your program profile. Authorized case managers see only the summary you consent to share. Community recommendation learning and match-email choices are separate account settings.

Contact and storage

Contact requests are emailed to Workforce SkyNet support and may be forwarded to our support team's business mailbox. Please do not include sensitive documents or credentials. Resume replacement changes the saved original file; earlier extracted profiles and job history may remain. Profile deletion and resume-file deletion are available on the site. Backups and operational records may retain information beyond deletion from the active interface. Contact us for account-wide privacy or deletion requests.

Our hosting and email providers process data to operate the service. Contact support@workforceskynet.com about privacy, access or deletion.

Recommendation data and your choices

Saved jobs, application progress and fit feedback help personalize your matches. A rejection does not count as negative fit feedback. Community learning is selected by default for new accounts. After email verification, future Good fit / Not a fit feedback and numeric matching scores may improve recommendations for others. These records use a coded account identifier and are retained for up to 180 days. They exclude resume text, names and email addresses. No external AI training service receives these records.

You can opt out during registration or in Account settings. Opting out removes your training examples and disables the shared model until it can be rebuilt without them. Your private saved jobs and personal recommendations remain, and all job-search features remain available.

Program information sharing

If you choose to share with an authorized case manager, that manager can see your name, training pathways, resume-upload status, match and saved-job counts, reported applications, interviews, placement status and last activity. Your resume file and text are not shared in that view. Sharing is optional and can be withdrawn in your program profile. Case managers are limited to their assigned program and consented participants; access to summaries is logged.
