Security Officer Fairfield HOA Security Officer/Vehicle Patrol Pay: $21.00 Per Hour Location: Fairfield, Ca Position Type: Neighborhood HOA Security, Vehicle Patrol, Access Control About the Position We are seeking professional, alert, and customer service-oriented Security Officer for a Fairfield HOA (Homeowners Association) assignment. This position plays a critical role in maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for residents. This is a high-visibility access control position requiring officers who are professional, detail-oriented, and capable of exercising sound judgment while interacting with the public. Officers are responsible for conducting vehicle patrols, completing hourly activity logs, enforcing HOA policies, and maintaining the overall security of the HOA property. Schedule: Wednesday - - - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Thursday - - - 10 :00 PM - 6:00 AM Friday - - - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Saturday - - - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM Sunday - - - 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM 40 HRS per week + OT Opportunities Primary Responsibilities Control and monitor all vehicle and pedestrian access entering the property Staff the guard shack located at the front entrance Maintain detailed awareness of activity entering and exiting the site Provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a strong security presence Remain alert, professional, and attentive throughout the shift Requirements Active California BSIS Guard Card Valid Drivers License and Clean Driving Record Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to remain calm, professional, and observant in a high-profile environment Reliable transportation and punctual attendance Preferred Qualifications Previous HOA security experience Experience working access control or gate security assignments Strong report writing and radio communication skills Overnights or Grave shift experience Why Join Armorous?  Award-Winning Company – Voted Best Security Company in the North Bay & The Press Democrat!
