Responsibilities: Administering routine medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies. Providing supervision, support, and compassionate care to residents. Working collaboratively with the Director of Wellness, and other team members. Monitoring resident well-being and reporting changes in condition. Helping create a safe, positive, and engaging environment for residents and their families. Qualifications: Current and valid RMA certification. Ability to follow individualized care plans and medication protocols. Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassion and understanding of the aging process. Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude. Previous senior living or healthcare experience preferred but not required. Shifts Shifts: Full time & Part time. Why Join Spring Oak?
